What materials are used in this piece?
Our pieces are made using premium-grade brass with high quality 18K and 22K gold plating. Please refer to the “Material & Sizing” section above for the complete details of this piece.
Is the jewellery exactly as shown in the photos?
We photograph each piece to represent its colour, finish and detailing as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.
What is your return/exchange policy?
As each House of Devina piece is exclusive and available in very limited quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
We recommend reviewing the product details, measurements and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, we're happy to help before you purchase.
In case your jewellery arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, we’re happy to assist with the best possible solution.
When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, orders typically reach metro cities within 4 business days and the rest of India within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier network.
What is the weight and size of the jewellery?

As each piece is handcraft by artisans, very slight difference in detailing may occur.
What happens if my order arrives damaged/receive wrong item?
Every piece is inspected carefully before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged/received wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Note: Please record a continuous unboxing video when you receive your order. It helps us quickly resolve any damage or discrepancy, should one arise.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, sweat, skincare and prolonged moisture. Put your jewellery on last and take it off first. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in its pouch or box. Avoid any chemicals, toothpaste and jewellery polishing products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via Email/SMS. You can use these details to track your shipment until it reaches you.

Our jewellery is curated from across India, working with skilled artisans and makers from different jewellery traditions and regions. Each piece is carefully handpicked and inspected by us for its finish, detailing and overall quality before it reaches you.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
